En el sistema de alimentación, un sistema muy importante en las granjas porcinas, es necesario reemplazar periódicamente numerosos consumibles. El mantenimiento regular, especialmente de las piezas mecánicas, es fundamental para garantizar el correcto funcionamiento del sistema.
We supply all the most consumable parts in pig feeding system:
Feed moves and transports in the galvanized steel pipe or PVC pipe, and the pipe system need corner wheel and connector to connect together, and each terminal has an outlet in the feeder. If damage happened to any part in the pipe system, the damaged part need to be replaced with a new one if necessary. We supply all the parts in the feed access system, and could make some parts for special need according to the requirement of pig farms.
Feed is transported by Auger or plug-plate chain which move in the pipe to push feed forward to each outlets. The Plug-plate chain and Auger need to be checked from time to time to be sure the feed can be transported properly. If some part is damaged or even broken, it need to be repaired or replaced immediately. We supply all types of auger and plug-plate chain, as well as the gears and other transmission and driving spare parts.
A Dispenser equips at each terminal of feeding system to get access the feed to the trough, and the weight can control feed flow or stop automatically, we supply both of them with all different types and volume to be suitable with other pig farming equipment and the requirement of pig farms.
